I always have my phone with me. I always keep it charged. I use it all day everyday for calls, texting, web, email, music, and so on. It is an essential tool for my everyday life. So I always have on my person a device that tells time, has timers and stopwatch, acts as an alarm clock with unlimited confiurable alarms, etc. If it breaks I will buy another because I need it. I keep it charged because I need it. I put it in airplane mode and still can play games on a plane. Fact is that a watch would be a separate expense that gives me nothing beyond my phone other than bling. I should probably just buy a bracelet – doesn’t need batteries.
