“RAYMOND WEIL TANGO BATTERY REPLACEMENT”

I visited the Preston lab today to get replacement batteries to both mine and my wifes Raymond Weil Tango’s. The man there was very friendly and helpful, and even opened up my watch to show me inside and explained fully what he was going to do. Not only did he replace the batteries he cleaned and resealed the watches which are again working perfectly. Both were done and ready to collect within 30 minutes. It was fairly costly but seems well worth it.

“Perfect shop with excellent service to attend my problem!!”

I would just like to thank Steve from the Manchester branch who helped me out immensely. I had a bunch of old sample Nixon watches which had all ran out of battery and needed a good service so I could sell them on. Steve managed to fix them all without sending them back to Nixon which would of been a nightmare, taken ages and cost a fortune.

Thanks again Steve and I know where to go next time.

I came to the UK this week from abroad and my Tudor needed an urgent battery change. I found the Watch Lab on the internet, and being on my way from Canterbury to Leicester, I took a detour to Nottingham, arrived at their desk at 4:50 with their closing time being 5:30.

The people were polite and expert, and they had it done in 25 minutes, including cleaning the bracelet!

Having two lovely non-working watches sitting in my jewellery case for many years, finally found The Watch Lab on the internet and contacted them. I was impressed by Jonathan’s manners and attitude and the advice and information he gave me, as a result of which it felt right to trust them with my watches, which are now repaired and working, also beautifully restored. Most helpful company, kept me informed. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody. In fact,I am about to send them a further watch for estimate and hopefully repair!

I sent my rolex by insured post to the watch lab for servicing

I sent my rolex by insured post to the watch lab for servicing,It had not been serviced for 25 years since new. The watch lab confirmed receipt of my watch and also the cost of servicing. When I got it back it was beautifully valeted and looked brand new, It is keeping perfect time and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, I am delighted with the service provided.

I had contacted 3 possible companies to service and repair my Tag Heuer watch with considerable discussions. I finnished up going with ” The Watch Lab”. The Watch Lab was by far the most expensive but I always had the feeling to go with them.I dealt with a guy called Jonathan he was very helpful with a couple of my problems.
My Watch was returned and exceeded my expectations the watch looked as new as it was when I first had it. I would like to thank them and would recommend to any one wanting a service or repair to contact them. Even though they were more expensive I am very happy I went with them.

I was given a lovely gold watch for my 21st birthday by my parents, 40 years ago.

I was given a lovely gold watch for my 21st birthday by my parents, 40 years ago. It had sentimental value as well as some monetary value as it had a fairly heavy gold bracelet but it stopped working 2 or 3 years ago and with the price of gold today I was not sure whether it was worth restoring. I needed advice and I could not find it locally.There are so few repairers today who will repair a traditional Swiss watch with wind mechanism, let alone advise on whether it is worth repairing. I found The Watch Lab on line, I called and sent my watch by post to the Lab. They had a look at it for me free of charge, advised me fully what was needed to bring it to life again and gave me a very fair quotation. They promised to do a first class job and they did, I am more than delighted with the result. It is not just a watch but a piece of jewellery, which I could not have afforded to buy at today’s prices in a retail store. I am so pleased I found them and would highly recommend them.

I would not hesitate in using The Watch Lab again

The service given from day one was reliable, friendly and offered value for money – I would not hesitate in using The Watch Lab again and would recommend their services to others. I found the Watch Lab on line I needed a new battery for my Tag watch and the local repairer (North of Scotland) wanted more than the Watch Lab quoted me (not really a tight fisted Scot)but the service I recieved was first class the battery was replaced as promised, on time, and I got a call for the payment after the repair at 2:15 pm yesterday.

Jonathan the guy I dealt with said my watch would be here today and sure enough 8:30 this morning the postie rang my door bell. Great service they do exactly what they say which is rare in this country today I wished more companies worked like this i,e. the old fashioned way with customer service as their prime focus. I am really glad I did not read some of the comments before I made my choice as I certainly do not agree with some of them. PS I had to say about the layout of the shop but obviously I did not visit a shop.
