The WATCH Lab is delighted to receive repairs by post (NB 100% insured and reliable), however we do request that in the first instance the ‘Repair Enquiry Form’ below is filled out and emailed to us.

The simple form requests some basic and necessary information such as the watch age, type, condition and perceived problem. We email you to confirm receipt of the enquiry, and then contact you again by telephone discuss the repair as soon as we are able. We believe our customers need ‘peace-of-mind’ by talking to us first rather than just posting their watch off to ‘a company on the net’
