The Watch Lab has been operating from our purpose-built Service Centre for 20 years where our team of expertly trained professional watch technicians and watchmakers repair a range of brands in our state-of-the-art Omega accredited workshop. We also have a national chain of Watch Lab branches and kiosks that are conveniently placed in some of the UK’s most visited shopping centres from Southampton to Glasgow and from Bristol to York.

Most watch repairs can be completed on-site within the hour by our friendly branch staff who will be more than happy to help you. As we strive to provide only the best service to our customers, we operate to the highest industry standards and both our branches and workshop use all the latest technical equipment from Switzerland and Germany.
However it all comes down to one thing, we love watches as much as you do, vintage or new, automatic or quartz, Swiss or Japanese, when you pass your watch to The Watch Lab you can be confident that we will take the greatest of care to ensure that your watch is expertly repaired and returned to you.
At our main Service Centre, we currently run a 5 year apprenticeship training programme to train enthusiastic youngsters to become the next generation of watchmakers, ensuring that this ancient craft is kept alive for future generations.
A well-maintained watch can last a life-time and most Swiss watch manufactures recommend a full Service every 3-5 years for a Mechanical watch and every 5-7 years for Quartz – The Watch Lab’s unique Service package includes a full Quartz or Mechanical service and a 2-year Guarantee.
For Swiss brands such as Omega, Tissot, Rado and Longines; Quartz and Mechanical Services are carried out by highly trained technicians at our accredited Service Centre. We also work with specialist Rolex, Ebel, Breitling Cartier, IWC, Jaeger-Le-Coultre and Baume & Mercier Watchmakers and approved Service Centres.
